We combine best practices from high-impact literature with Bainom’s in-house ML models to integrate two or more omics and clinical data types. Our approach includes:
- Harmonization of omics datasets for seamless integration.
- Advanced methods like WGCNA, correlation analysis between microbes and genes/proteins, and co-occurrence detection
- Use of established multi-omics tools such as MOFA, MASSLIN, and more.
This layer enables comprehensive biological interpretation and discovery beyond standard outputs.
